Due to the nature of Tenner Homes, Kenkai Projects Ltd and Tenner Homes cannot be held liable in any circumstance for any damages, whether it be special, indirect or consequential resulting from loss of data, profits or use in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action arising in or out of association with the use or performance of the information contained on this website.

Terms Used on the Site

The term, "lister", refers to the user that enters the data and registers to advertise on Tenner Homes.
The term, "listing", refers to the advertisement of a property or plot on Tenner Homes.

Removal of Inappropriate Material

Tenner Homes will not check every listing, although if a report is sent about a particular listing that contains profanity or generally objectionable material, the listing will be removed without refund and the lister may be reported to their ISP.

Accuracy of Information Held on Tenner Homes

Each of the property listings and content within them are based upon information supplied and edited directly by the lister or on behalf of the lister. The advertisements listed on Tenner Homes are displayed after payment on good faith that the information is as accurate as possible. Tenner Homes does not take any responsibility of the accuracy of the information held on the Tenner Homes website. Tenner Homes strongly recommends that all particulars are verified from an independent source before entering into any contract or transaction.

Advertising Period

When a client adds a home to our listings, it will be advertised on the site for four weeks. Towards the end of this period the client will be contacted by email to give them the option to renew the listing for a further four weeks. After the original four week period it only costs £5 for another 4 weeks for a £10 listing, and £10 for an extra 4 weeks for a £25 listing. There is no time limit to how long a listing can appear on Tenner Homes, a listing can be extend it at the end of every 4 week period for the reduced cost, as previously stated. Should the client decide not to renew, the listing will be be removed from the site at the end of the paid period.

Legal Recommendation

Tenner Homes strongly recommends that professional and legal advice is sought before entering into any transactions or contracts.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given at management’s discretion.

Processing Payment

Tenner Homes uses WorldPay to process payments and can accept Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros.
