What Does it Cost to Sell My Home Online?

The cost of selling your home online depends on which type of advertisement you are looking for. We have two separate price plans for advertisers, the first costs just £10 (£8.51 plus VAT) and the second, more advanced option, costs £25 (£21.28 plus VAT).

How Do I Place an Ad?

Placing an ad to sell your home couldn't be easier, why use other advertising websites that ask you to fill out a form with pages upon pages of questions for you to answer? Our listing form is simple and straight-forward. We only ask you to provide the details of the home you are selling and an email address to contact you. Could it be any easier?

If I Place My Ad But Don't Have a Photo to Display Yet, Can I Display it Later?

Yes. You can list your home without adding a photograph and a graphic will appear stating that the photo is not yet available. If and when the photo does become available you simply use your username and password to access your listing and upload the photo to the site.

Can More Than One Property Be Advertised By The Same Person?

Yes. Once an account is activated and you have entered the details of your property for sale into the database, you simply upload it to the site. At that point you will be charged the appropriate fee of £10 (£8.51 plus VAT) or £25 (£21.28 plus VAT), depending on the service that you require. Using the same account, you can then enter the details of another property and you will be charged for that property when you upload it. There is no limit to the number of properties per account, you simply get charged for each property as they go live in the site. Different rules apply to estate agents and builders.

What if I'm Already Using an Estate Agent?

There should be no problem advertising your home for sale, even if it is already advertised with an estate agent. All you need to do is remember to notify your estate agent if you find a buyer for your home through our site, or notify us if it is sold through another means.

Can I Sell My House Without an Estate Agent?

Yes. Many people in the UK think that it is impossible to sell a house without an estate agent. This is not the case. An estate agent acts initially as a middle-man between you and the buyer and then between you and your solicitor. For this service he takes a hefty fee. Without the estate agent, you deal with the buyer directly and then hand over the sale to your solicitor, thus saving the estate agents fee.

I Can't See My Town in the Buyers Search Lists. Do You Cover All Areas in the UK?

Yes. We cover every city, town and village in the UK. If you are having trouble finding your town or village on the site, simply type in the name into the search box. If your town or village still does not appear within our database, please contact us and we will add the town or village to our database straight away.

Can I Update or Change My Details After They are Published on the Website?

Yes. When you register to sell your home you will create a username an password which will allow you to access you listing at any time and change any details of the home you are selling

When your add your home to our listings it will be on the site for four weeks, near the end of this period we will contact you by email to ask if you would like to renew this listing and keep your home advertised on the site. After the original four week period it only costs you just £5 for another 4 weeks for a £10 listing and it only costs £10 for an extra 4 weeks for a £25 listing. There is no time limit to how long your listing can appear on Tenner homes, you can extend it at the end of every 4 week period for the reduced cost, as previously stated.
