Estate Agent Registration

Tenner Homes allows estate agents access to add as many houses as they like for a fixed monthly fee. Not all estate agents will need to list nationwide, however we do realise that some will. Therefore, it does not seem fair to charge everyone a high price if you are only using a small proportion of the site. We work out the monthly membership on an area basis as follows.

There are 146 areas to choose from and you choose which area, or areas that you require during the registration process .

Why Register to Advertise on Tenner Homes?

When you register to advertise in an area, you can place unlimited downloadable mini-websites of the properties that you are selling for your clients and any contact emails come directly to you, not your client. At only £250 per month for an area (which includes VAT) you can see that you won't have to make one or two sales a year to make a return on investment.

How Far does an Area Cover?

When you are on the registration page, you can click on the area and you will see all of the individual towns and villages that we have included in that area. For example, the Northampton area covers 312 individual towns and villages.

The difference between Tenner Homes and other internet based house sales operations is that each one of these towns and villages has it's own individually optimised pages on the site, so once the site is firing on the search engines pick the site up, people will find your advert in the natural listings.

By that, we mean that if someone is looking for a house for sale in Naseby, for example, if they type a term like houses for sale in Naseby, bungalow sales in Naseby, Naseby cottage for sale, etc, your ad will appear on the front page of the search engines.

It will, of course, take time for all of the pages on the site to achieve front page rankings on the search engines, as there are over 1.4 million pages on the site, but when they do rank on the front page, you should make sure that your adverts are on the page – or your competitor will!
